·8 months agoHey Brett, I’ve been thinking a lot about the future of my business, especially with Main Capital Partners bringing in things like Studio Source Yearbooks. It looks a lot like a 'Buy-and-Build' setup that’s hypothetically heading toward an exit or a sale down the road.
I’ve actually been chatting about this with my cousin, Brian Hall—he’s the Albert H. Gordon Professor at Harvard Business School. He’s mentored me for years on how to grow my business through relationships, and since he may have even taught you (or the folks at Main Capital), he’s been looking into this market consolidation with me.
My concern is: if Captura is scaling up for a big move, what happens to the independent studios like mine? How are you going to make sure we don’t get squeezed out by the massive national companies who are using your own tools to swoop in on our territory? I want to know if there’s a real plan to protect the small guys who helped build this platform.

·8 months agoStudio Ninja is now owned by Captura. When are we going to see a integration between Studio Ninja and Workflow....or what about Captura acquiring AirStudio to accomplish all the things that Studio Ninja does and more and fully integrating into Workflow
