Capture cell phone numbers in addition to email
I'd love the ability for a parent to enter their cell phone number to opt-in to SMS alerts when registering with their email to view their child's online gallery.

·8 months agoThe option to notify customers by SMS is already built into Workflow (I believe it’s a newer feature). Are you looking to have that captured when clients log into their gallery?
In sports, we collect parents’ phone numbers during player registration via a QR code that takes them to an online form. We explain that it’s to confirm correct spelling for layouts that include the athlete’s name, but it also permits us to notify them when galleries are ready.
We’ve found this works far better than handing out paper slips with gallery links — those almost always get lost or tossed. That might be a way for you to use SMS now. Hope that helps
