How often do you revisit your pricing? 💰

Curious how others approach pricing updates. Do you revisit price sheets yearly, seasonally, or only when something feels off? What usually triggers a change for you?

·8 months agoWe usually revisit pricing updates yearly but I worry that this constant uptick in the price of everything seems to be pricing out some customers. I understand that a lot of it comes down to what the customer values but at the same time when you are running a business in one of the poorest counties in your state and every year you are seeing a 10+% decrease in orders placed it makes me wonder are we over pricing ourselves out of the market. We compare our prices to our competitors and try to stay within that realm but still continue to see a drop in the number of orders.
Any advice/suggestions?
