Tying ID card printing to Groups
Is there any way to tie the ID card printed for a subject to the group they're in, without having to select the specific ID? This is for photographing and printing on site.
Some of our schools are implementing more and more ID options for students (depending on their student status), so for our new photographers, we're trying to think of ways to make it easier for them and avoid any mistakes.

OP3 months agoThanks Tearah! Can that be done if printing live on site, immediately after capturing each subject's photo? We've filtered in this way when exporting IDs for printing, or exporting anything for certain groups.

Admin3 months agoHi @Heather Lusk do you include the information for these "groups" in your student data imports? For example
Are you only wanting to print the primary image in conjunction with specific data like bus route or cafeteria type?
Here is an example of where I have added Bus to custom data field. I then filter in the images tab for both primary and subject data custom field. This gets me the correct group for Bus A subject images and from there I select all > Export > Print ID.
Do you think this might be a workflow to achieve this?
