What is the best way to handle free staff photos at schools? Or deals for coaches?

Hello,
I would like to give teachers and staff free/discounted photos. At minimum a free digital file for their school ID but also perhaps some options for them to order prints. I don't know how this would work in a job mixed with the students. I might try just creating a separate job that has all the staff photos for the year in it and then separate each school into groups so then the job could have it's own price sheet.
What do you recommend I do?

I currently give a free 4x6 with 4 wallets (all printed together on a 5x7) to any staff member we photograph. I have it as a hidden package on my price sheet at no cost. When entering orders, I do a bulk order and filter it to just the staff and add that teacher package to the bulk. This has worked out great for me. Reach out if you want to talk further about it!

·7 months agoI couldn't find a good way without creating a coupon that I thought people would forget and I'd get emails for the coupon. So I created a staff priceless with free digital downloads and I just put the staff in a separate job.

·7 months agoHi Kelly, we give our teachers the option of a free photo package that's invisible in the shopping cart, but we can manually add it when we return from a school on photo day. It's a $0 item and we only offer it in prepay or for retakes, so it comes via bulk ship with the rest of the student orders. For high school, we tried free digital downloads this year and had to create a second job. Next season we may try to keep them with the students adding a teacher digital download that's hidden in the shopping cart, but will be released with the rest of the student orders.

Here are a few ways studios do this:
1. Create a separate job
2. Create a based on order discount that auto applies a discount to the subjects online shopping cart.
3. Send out coupon codes to the Staff
