All Digital Download
Jen Orendorff asked me the other day about the ability to change backgrounds for sports photos in the ALL digital download package. We assumed that option would be there like it is for the 1,3,5 image options, but it doesnt seem to work the same way. Can we look into this?

·8 months agoWe currently sell Digital Images in 1, 5 and 10 pack quantities. The 10 Pack allows the customer to feel like they are 'buying all' by fully customizing their options and only downloading the pose + background combinations they really love. We offer 4 poses, 100+background options for them to choose from as well as the Text Overlay MyDesign where they can add their own text (Player Name, Team, Year, etc).

·8 months agoThis has always been set up that way on green screen jobs, because "includes all" on the price list is actually set up like a single item. Great for quick & easy ordering, but no good for changing backgrounds. I got around it by making our biggest download package on the pricelist include the high end range of the images we typically have for a subject, and even then allowing people to add on more images as an "offer" at a good discount in case someone really wants several of the same image on different backgrounds. It's worked really well, and has resulted in a fair amount of "extra" income as people have taken advantage of the offer.
