·4 months agoOne action that I use for high volume situations is:
For a lot of our schools we provide the teachers with a complimentary 5x7 print. We also provide them with a reorder/proof form that contains their online code. The reorder/proof from we provide for student does not contain an online code because we use their student ID numbers and do not want to print out this sensitive information for anyone to see. So, instead of individually adding an order for each teacher for this, I add the following to the custom data 1: Faculty. For the students I put "Student" in the custom data 1 place. this way I can add a bulk order for the teacher 5x7 and the proof order form that shows online code for all the teachers and then for the students add the proof form that does not show online code
