New Workflow Release v2026.1.1
This release includes a few updates focused on improving day-to-day reliability, especially around metadata-based sorting, printing, and exports.
Workflow now supports Sony’s newer Scan & Tag workflow by reading the subject ID embedded in your Sony camera’s image metadata.
If you’re using Sony’s Scan & Tag upgrade, this means Autosort (EXIF) can automatically match images to the correct subjects without needing QR photos, external hardware, or extra steps during capture.
What this helps with:
Faster sorting and less manual cleanup
More reliable subject matching right from the moment of capture
A smoother workflow for studios adopting newer Sony capture tools
Improvements to direct printing reliability
We made improvements to Workflow’s direct printing to help resolve cases where studios were unable to print directly to a connected printer. This update should improve reliability for many direct-print workflows, especially for studios printing onsite during live events.
