In-App Metrics
Summary: Caleb Amesbury initiated a discussion about in-app metrics, asking for input on any missing metrics or filters. Jen Orendorff suggested several metrics including subjects with images, buy rate, and revenue per subject. A suggestion for 'Top Products Purchased' was made, and Jen Orendorff proposed it could be part of a Revenue Dashboard. Tearah Fox (Captura) added a request for displaying average order value excluding zero-dollar orders, which Caleb Amesbury noted was implemented on the job dashboard but needed updating elsewhere.
I'm thinking through our daily in-app metrics and would love your input:
1. Are there any metrics you feel are missing?
2. Are there any filters missing that would make our metrics more useful?
What are the metrics that you monitor, or would like to monitor, on a daily basis?

OP1 month agoThis is implemented in the job dashboard, but after checking the code it does need updating in the homepage dashboard. I will add it to our discovery list.

OP1 month agoThanks for sharing @Jen Orendorff! I love the subjects w/out images suggestion.
In regards to "Top Products Purchased", this is clearly an incredible insight, but where would you expect this to live? Job level? Orders? Price Sheets? Designer/Catalog?
