More filtering options on the Jobs landing page
The only Jobs filter currently available is filtering by Job Status. Being able to filter jobs by Event Date, Pricesheet, Cart, show Jobs without Orders, etc, would be amazing. This would allow us to more easily perform bulk actions on jobs that fall between certain dates, and more easily filter jobs so there's no accidental outliers.

·2 months agoI'd love a filter for Jobs with Unreleased Orders.
I know we could turn on automatic approvals/release of jobs after a certain point...but we see too many customer errors that can be 'fixed' before sending to production to do that. Every now and then we get an order from a really old job and I have to remember to go release it when I see the email notification come through or else I may miss it during peak ordering seasons.

Filtering and searching in the Jobs tab is a great idea. I wanted to share a tip in case some folks haven’t used this yet.
You can filter for Active or Inactive jobs if needed, and then click on any of the column headers—Images, Price Sheet, Orgs, Job Type, and more—to quickly group and sort them. This will organize the list alphabetically or numerically, depending on the column.
It’s a simple trick, but it can make navigating large job lists much easier.

·5 months agoI like this idea but do not like that it does not hold the sorting of the header when you click on a job and then go back to the job screen. If you could filter jobs more specifically and it would retain the filter when you click back and forth between jobs then it would help a lot more.

·6 months agoI am able to "filter" to a lot of these criteria by using the search function, but full filtering capability would be helpful for a lot of the bulk actions that we are performing.

·5 months agoIf you're not using the Keyword or Reference fields, that might be another option for the district info (while we wait for full filtering to be implemented.)
