Product Designer Plic Workflow issue adjusting brightness in composites

It would be so helpful if the image edits from workflow would update in product designer. If one image is too dark on a composite, its a pain to have to download it, edit, then reupload a picture just to adjust the brightness. The editing in workflow does not carry over to product designer.
I've also encountered a bug - when I crop an image on a composite in product designer, it does not stick. I have to do it over and over again.
It would be ideal if I could adjust a single image on a composite rather than the entire page.
