New Workflow Release v2026.1.4
We’ve rolled out a Workflow update designed to give your team more control and quick access to the data you need—so you can handle customer requests faster and with more confidence.
New Features
Digital Download Control
We’ve made updates to how digital downloads are managed in Workflow—giving your team more control and reducing confusion for your customers.
What’s new:
Disable download links when needed
You can now turn off access to a digital download after an order is released. This is especially helpful when handling refunds or resolving quality concerns—so you stay in control of what’s delivered. This is available for users with the Launch > Release Orders (Add/Edit/Delete) permission.See download activity at a glance
A new tooltip in Order Fulfillment shows whether a download link is active or disabled, along with the date and time files were accessed. No more guessing—just clear visibility when you need it.Clearer messaging for shoppers
We’ve improved how we communicate when a digital download isn’t ready yet, helping reduce confusion and cut down on support requests.
