💰 Increase Your Revenue: Week 2 — Service Fees
Summary: Lucy Richards introduces a strategy for studios to generate additional revenue by adding service fees to orders. The discussion emphasizes that this can be configured in the Cart Template settings and provides examples from Cherished Memories Photography, which has successfully implemented this approach. Tearah Fox (Captura) supports the strategy, highlighting it as a straightforward method to boost revenue and invites others to share their experiences or challenges with implementing service fees.
What if a small addition to every order could create another revenue stream for your studio?
That’s what we’re looking at in Week 2 of our Increase Your Revenue Opportunity Series.
Service Fees can be configured directly within your Cart Template, look for the Handling settings in Workflow, and displayed clearly as part of the customer's order summary.
For studios processing hundreds or thousands of orders, that additional revenue can add up.
And we’re not just talking about the theory.
Cherished Memories Photography says adding a Service Fee has generated significant additional revenue for the business without negatively affecting the customer experience. Thanks @Mike Norkin @Alex Ela 🎉
