Anyone else having trouble doing extractions?
I'm extracting images from a job, using the Ai Edits, and suddenly 1/3 of my images won't extract. I've ran the extraction several times but nothing happens, even after Syncing. It says it completed the task but the image background is still shown.

·1 week agoYou got it before I was able to give the answer 😊 It is when I accidentally slip the R5 into our mix, or get forced to because it's one of the emergency backups. I'm reminded of this.
I can only imagine the techs seeing their server space vanish, "Who is uploading 55-megapixel images?" 😊

OP2 weeks agoApparently there is a size restriction that I did not know about.
