Dynamic Display Images on Multi-Pose Packages
I've gone through and set up all of my dynamic display images for print products and they look fantastic! The only issue I've run into is that they don't seem to be working on print packages where I offer the multi-pose option. Is this a known issue?

Yes you should be able to use Dynamic Images on Multipose packages. An issue with this was flagged for some accounts by support yesterday and is with the dev team. I have included a test gallery to show a working example. Hoping to have this fixed very soon!

OP2 weeks agoThe sample you provided does not look like multi-pose. I'm also struggling with how to get certain aspects of images overlapping, like the digital downloads icon in the Premium Package A.
None of my packages seem to be working with the dynamic display images, even if I de-select multi-pose options. Is this a bug?

Admin2 weeks agoHi, I can confirm there is a bug affecting some accounts from displaying the dynamic images, the dev team is on the case already.
Regarding designing elements inside Designer, it is definitely possible with layers, moving things forward and backwards and adding images of assests you need. Moving a layer up or down in the list fo layers to ensure it sits between the right items might help as well.
You can technically also design in other applications you are used to using to speed up the over all design elements in Photoshop, Canva etc and use those as the canvas layer with cutouts in places you know you want images to go, upload the PNG as the canvas layer and add image nodes in the places you need images to go.
