Hello,An issue we have had for almost 5 years has to do with changing package numbers or ala carte orders in the cart itself. If a customer chooses to purchase a package A for example, and adds it to the cart. When they go to their cart and hit the plus up button to change it to 2 package A, It will charge them correctly. The issue is the Lab side will only render a single package A. To be clear, I can add a pack A to my cart, then go back and add another pack A to my cart and all will render normally. If I change the number in my cart, I will be charged correctly but the Lab only renders a single package. It is the same with ala carte adds for single print items. Am I missing a fix or workaround. Does this only apply to vertical studios that print in house? Thanks for the insight!
