One workflow step you’ve refined over time 🔄
Hey everyone,
Workflows evolve as you learn what works (and what doesn’t).
Is there one part of your process that looks very different now than it did a few years ago?

·8 months agoWe start charging a shipping fee 2 weeks after photo day. I used to have to manually go in to each job to make jobs active for preorder and then again to change the cart at the 2 week mark, but with the release of the Stage automation templates that load has been lifted! It has allowed me to focus on other things, such a task management on jobs, better communication, and more organization.

OP8 months agoSo smart, Ashlynn!
From manually babysitting carts and deadlines to “set it and forget it” energy — we love to see it. Stage automations doing the boring work so you can actually focus on the stuff that moves the needle (and your sanity). 10/10 workflow evolution. Thanks for sharing this one 🙌
