Scroll Bar Missing or Hard to Access
What has happened to the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen for scanning horizontally through data in Workflow? Having to click into a field (that isn't a link), use the arrow key to get the scroll bar to appear, and then quickly capture the scroll bar with the mouse before it disappears again to look through data in the Jobs and Subject Data screens is really a hassle! Am I missing a setting somewhere or is this really the way it works now?

Admin2 weeks agoHi, when I am in the subject sheet view, I can see the scroll bar appear as an option at the bottom any time I start to scroll to either side.
I am on a Mac, and I do not use a mouse, though.
Can you check if a slight scroll to the right brings this up for you?
I would also suggest you check you are on the Fall build and the latest release if you still can't see the scroll bar.

OP2 weeks agoWe are using Macs, but not laptops for the work back in office, so we are using a mouse. Using version 2026.4.1

·4 days agoif you are using an apple mouse that you can use the "middle" for the scroll wheel, the scroll bar will not appear. Try using a normal mouse. That might fix it.

OP4 days agoI actually don't use an Apple mouse, but vertical scroll isn't the problem. It's horizontal scroll that's a challenge.

·4 days agoSorry I was referring to the horizontal scroll. I know some mice don't show the horizontal scroll on mac when the mouse can do it. Weird but a change of mouse might do the trick.
