Studio Ninja - Are you using it? Your Really Should Be!
Summary: Adrian Stewart shares a glowing testimonial about Studio Ninja, expressing how it has tremendously aided in organizing their volume photography business for over three years. They emphasize its utility in keeping track of jobs, tasks, and customer interactions, greatly simplifying daily operations. They invite others to try the software, offering discount codes and personal advice, and express willingness to share insights at future events. Robyn Tholen shows interest in a demo, to which Adrian Stewart responds, offering detailed guidance and a potential meeting to demonstrate its use.
I understand that Studio Ninja was developed for the portrait and wedding side of photography but I have been using this program in the volume world for over 3 years now.
Studio Ninja has truly changed the way I am now able to keep track of all of my jobs without having to refer to countless different to-do lists or google calendar reminders or box systems or anything like that.
I put EVERYTHING in Studio Ninja! I mean everything. If its a school yearbook job, its in Ninja. If its a studio session, its in Ninja. Even if it is a customer calling/emailing with a problem with an order, it is in Ninja. This allows me to keep track of every job/task/duty/responsibility with one quick glance at the Studio Ninja dashboard. This also allows me to be able to have an employee work on a job in Ninja because I know there is a setup To-Do list for each thing. Everything goes into Ninja because then I know what has been done and what still needs to be done at any given time. And this is just one of its functions.
I feel that every Volume Business out there needs to be using Studio Ninja. So much so that I have even helped other business get started using it. Shout Out to Jason O'Donnell at Infinite Eye Photography!!!
If you are not using Studio Ninja and want to know why I feel so passionately about it, then reach out! I am happy to share how I use the program and how I think it will REALLY REALLY REALLY Help your business.
And No, I am not being paid by Captura or Studio Ninja to say these things....although I also would not decline an offer to do so (hint hint).

OP6 months agoSorry for the delay in responding. You can find more information about Studio Ninja at https://www.studioninja.co/
Also, if you want a more in depth look at how I have been using it for my volume photography business we can set up a meeting. I have been using it in this way for over 3 years now. I also use it to keep track of all customer related issues as well (i.e. orders damaged, not received, refunds, etc.).
Studio Ninja has been a real game changer for me and I would not be able to keep up with everything without it.
Happy to address any questions you may have and help you get started with it.
Let me know if you want to set up a meeting and I will show you how I have been using it.

·6 months agoHey @Adrian Stewart If you're attending the roundtable coming up, maybe you can share a bit more about how youre using Studio Ninja and how it's helped you grow your business. Also great seeing you at today's event as always!

OP6 months agoHey Helina, unfortunately I will not make the roundtable event tomorrow. I will be photographing students all day. It will be the first Captura Community event that I miss. I would love to have an event in the future where I can maybe share this info with others that are interested. Let me know if we can come up with something like that!
