Taking Workflow on the Road: Captura X Technicare Onsite Workshop

There’s something special about getting the right people in a room together and our recent lab onsite in Edmonton, Alberta, was a perfect example of that.
Hosted in partnership with the incredible team at Technicare, the day brought together current clients, industry partners, and potential new clients for a day filled with high energy, plenty of laughs, and meaningful collaboration. 
One of the highlights of the day was the opportunity to have open and honest conversations about some of the concerns and obstacles currently facing the industry. From navigating operational challenges to identifying opportunities for sustainable growth, we discussed practical tools and strategies that can help mitigate risk, improve efficiency, and set studios and labs up for continued success. These conversations are a great reminder that innovation isn’t just about new technology, it’s about understanding what our clients are experiencing and finding better ways to support them.
Kalyn Showcased what makes Workflow such a versatile solution and highlight some of the exciting new capabilities our team has put in place. It was a great chance to demonstrate how Workflow can adapt to the evolving needs of labs and studios, while helping teams streamline their processes, manage risk, and create new opportunities for growth. Seeing the conversations and ideas sparked by the demo was one of the best parts of the day! We also had the pleasure of connecting with Kelly from our marketing team, who shared insights into the trends our studios have been seeing and explored different ways businesses can leverage those trends to drive revenue. From understanding changing customer expectations to identifying new opportunities within the market, the conversation highlighted the importance of staying curious, staying connected, and being willing to adapt.
